Alley, City Clerk ti MEMORANDUM March 30, 1961 To: City Manager From: Building Inspector In Re: Unsafe Buildings For some time now, I have been trying to have the dwelling located at 14,Grldley Street which belongs to the Estate of Lucy J. Connolly either repaired and restored to a safe condition or torn down. I have recently been In contact with Mr. Nicholas Brountas, the appointed administrator of this estate, and he has gone to considerable trouble contacting the heirs of this property regarding the conditions of the property. Mr. Brountas now informs me that the heirs have no interest in this property and, 1, therefore eecca;and that this derelliag be removed and this matter be referred to the City Council for action. I an listing below the named parsons who are the surviving children of Patrick A. Comolly: John Connolly - 2122 Broadway, Lyna, Massachusetts Frances H.
