Tare will be a Public tearing before the Bangor City Council Jure 12, 1961 at
B4OO P.M. Eastern Daylight Ties, at City Council Roma, City Hall, relative to a
dilapidated and da p rom building located at 14 Gridley Street in Bangor, Wine.
The owner. Estate of Lucy J. Connolly, my M heard by representative, relative to
whether or not said building my be adjudged a nuisance or dangerous.
The notice of this hearing was ordered by the Bangor City Council at Its regular
mating held May 9, 1961.

In Re: Unsafe Buildings
For some time now, I have been trying to have the dwelling
located at 14,Grldley Street which belongs to the Estate of
Lucy J. Connolly either repaired and restored to a safe condition
or torn down.
I have recently been In contact with Mr. Nicholas Brountas,
the appointed administrator of this estate, and he has gone to
considerable trouble contacting the heirs of this property
regarding the conditions of the property.
Mr. Brountas now informs me that the heirs have no interest
in this property and, 1, therefore eecca;and that this derelliag
be removed and this matter be referred to the City Council for
action.
I an listing below the named parsons who are the surviving
children of Patrick A. Comolly:
John Connolly - 2122 Broadway, Lyna, Massachusetts
Frances H. Connally - 217 Harvard Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts
Mrs. William Maguire - 61 Appleton Street, Brockton, Massachusetts
James Connolly - 27 Bellamy Street, Brighton, Massachusetts
Stevens E. Gom0117 - 35 N. E. 292 Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Hugh Connolly - 41 Wilson Street, Brockton, Massachusetts
Mrs. Francis J. Manning - 32 Clark Street, Westerly, Rhode Island
Thomas G. Connolly - 11 West Street, Brockton, Massachusetts
Mrs. Joseph F. Lee - 41 Wilson Street, Brockton, Massachusetts
Belem, W. Stack - Centime Road, Orlmd, Maine
Therefore, each of the surviving children of Patrick A. Connolly
would have a one -thirtieth interest in the subject property.

Therefore, be it known that a hearing upon the subject matter
of this notice will be held before the Municipal OfficersT the
City of Bangor, Maine on the 12th2th da of Juneof June A. D. 1961 at
8:00 p.m, in the City Council Room, City fie ll, in Bald Bangor,
at which time you may appear in person or by your representative
to be heard relative to whether or not said building may be
adjudged a nuisance or dangerous. Service of this notice Is
ordered made upon you at least seven (7) days before the date
of hearing by causing a copy of this =ties duly attested by
the City Clerk of the City of Bangor to be served upon you in hand,
or by publishing in a newspaper in the City of Bangor, three weeks successively.
