Thence, eastwardly along the said north street Iine of Main Street for a distance of 175 feet to a point. Thence, northwardly by a straight line a distance of 125 feet, more or less, or to the prolongation eastwardly of the northern boundaryline Of lands now or formerly Springer Realty Company. Thence, westwardly along the said northern boundary line and the pro- longation, thereof, of lands now or formerly Springer Realty Company for a distance of 175 feet, more or less, or to the eastern street Iine of Dillingham Street. Thence, southerly along the said eastern street Iine of Dillingham Street for a distance of 125 feet, more or less, or to the place of beginning. Sirs Please be advised that the City Planning Board has held a Public Hearing and given careful consideration to the above request and respectfully recommend City Council's approval. The Board felt that as the proposed uses a filling stations would face directly on Main Street and be of a considerable lower grade than the surrounding residential properties, that such a de- velopment could take place without harm to the neighboring landse and would provide a suitable use for the property.
