Beginning at the Intersection of the westerly side line of the Pinson Road with the southwesterly side line of Broadway. Thence, northwesterly by and along the southwesterly side Iine of Broadway for a distance of 415 feet, more or less, or to a point 20 feet southwardly from the northwest corner of land of Simpson. Thence, northeasterly for a distance of 60 feet, more r less, or to a point on the southwesterly side line of then w location of Route 15, said point being 86 feet, more or less, southeasterly by and along side line of said new location from a monument marking the Intersection of the side line of the new location of Route 15 and Broadway. The Board would respectfully recommend City Councllss approval with the following amendments: I. That the applicant construct any new roadway required at his expense and to City standards, and that access to and from Broadway be avail- able at all times. 2. That the northwestern boundary line be moved sufficiently far eastwardly so that an existing culvert will remain within the boundary of Broadway Ithe present proposal would place the culvert on lands to be acquired by the applicanfi.
