Beginning at the intersection of the westerly sideline of the
Fineon Road with the southwesterly sideline of Bro#(lway; thence.
northwesterly by and along the southwesterly sideline of Broadway
as established four hundred soul thirty-five (435) feet, more or lees,
to the northwesterly corner of ank of Simpson: thence, northeasterly
by arm along the extension of Simpson's northwesterly line si ty (60)
feet, more or less, to a point on the southwesterly sideline of the
w location of Route #15, said point being eighty-six (86)feet,
more or lees, southeasterly by and along said line of said new location

Beginning at the Intersection of the westerly side line of the
Pinson Road with the southwesterly side line of Broadway.
Thence, northwesterly by and along the southwesterly side Iine
of Broadway for a distance of 415 feet, more or less, or to a
point 20 feet southwardly from the northwest corner of land of
Simpson.
Thence, northeasterly for a distance of 60 feet, more
r less,
or to a point on the southwesterly side line of then w location
of Route 15, said point being 86 feet, more or less, southeasterly
by and along side line of said new location from a monument marking
the Intersection of the side line of the new location of Route 15
and Broadway.
Thence, southeasterly by and along the southwesterly side line of
the new location of said Route 15 — 410 feet, more or less, or to
the point of beginning.
All of the above described area being within the limits of Broadway
originally laid out and established as a Public Way,

as a public way:

Discontinuing a portion of the old Broadway road
Sirs:
The City Planning Board has held a Public Hearing, and
has given careful consideration to the above matter. The Board
would respectfully recommend City Councllss approval with the
following amendments:
I. That the applicant construct any new roadway
required at his expense and to City standards,
and that access to and from Broadway be avail-
able at all times.
2. That the northwestern boundary line be moved
sufficiently far eastwardly so that an existing
culvert will remain within the boundary of Broadway
Ithe present proposal would place the culvert on
lands to be acquired by the applicanfi.

traffic into this heaerdota intersection. The proposed lmlrovemavte
would make conditions safer for both W customers end traffic m either
the old or the new rodwq.
All We above work would be done ecoovding to City of Bangor staniexda
and specifications, and at an met to the City.
This transfer of property world give an a safer std improved dooryand
for me cuatomem. I plan to do emaiderable paving, and to relocate
and improve my gasoline lamp island. ib boelnee has grow, and ve
recently modernized oar store.
We feel that this proposal is we of benefit to the co®ity, aml as
oak for cooperation fro the City of Bangor.
