To: Municipal Officers
Pursuant to Council Order 136-P passed May 28, 1962, a new
sewer extension was constructed northerly along Essex Street.
This new installation consists of one hundred ninety (190)
feet of 8 inch vitrified clay pipe. The total cast of this install-
ation, including ledge removal, amounted to $2,715.33.
Of this amount, 75 per cent or $2,036.50 may be assessed
against the property benefited. A list of possible assessments
follows:

Notice is hereby given that there is pending before the City Council
of the City of Bangor. Maine. the following orders

ments be and hereby is accepted and it is further
ORDERED that a data be set for a public hearing on the proposed assess-
ments.
