ORDERED,
THAT that portion of Lafayette Street accepted as a
public way on April 12, 1913, lying between Norfolk and
Grant Streets, as it appears on the Official Map, be and
Is hereby discontinued.

Discontinuing a portion of Lafayette Street
between Norfolk and Grant
Sirs
The Board has given careful consideration to the above
request, and find that this right -a -way Is not needed for
street purposes; therefore would respectfully rem Remand that
Council discontinue this portion of Lafayette Street.
The Board would respectfully remind City Council that
the remainder of Lafayette Street between Norfolk and Leighton
is occupied by city tennis courts and should be retained by
the city.
