Percival. and Jahn T. Frawley, City Ragiaear.
Those present were in favor of the proposed reconstruction,
and all questions pertained only to the proposed traffic pattern.
Phe City Engineer explained that a rotary traffic pattern is
proposed Which would provide one-way traffic along Washington
Street in a northerly direction, and that the proposed pattern
would probably not be effected until completion of the recon-
struction In the Fall.
It to recommended that the abovementloned damages be allowed,
and that the proposed land -taking become a part of the right-of-
way of Washington Street.
A plan prepared by the State Highway Commission showing the
land -taking accompanies this report.
