ORDER, Accepting Easement from Moriesette Warehouses, Inc, to City of Bangor and Repealing Order 463-M By the City Council of the City of Bangor: ORDERED THAT the attached easement dated February 199 1961 be and is hereby accepted and be it further ORDERED, That Order 463-N passed by the City Council on January 9. 1961 be and is hereby repealed. KNOW AIS MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That Morissette Warehouses, Inc., a corporation duly authorized under the laws of Maine and having its principle place of business in Water ville, County of Kennebec and State of Maine, in consideration of thirty dollars (830.00) per month, and other valuable considerations, paid by the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Wine, the said Morissette Warehouses, Inc., does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said City of Bangor, its success- ors and assigns, an easement in and to a certain lot or Parcel of land situate in said City of Barger, County of Penobscot, State of Wine, described as Follows: "On the Westerly side of Harlow Street and the Easterly Side of Kenduskeag Stream consisting of approximately IWO square feet, by and along said Kenduskeag Stream." Said easement is hereby granted for a period during which the construction of new bridge shall be completed, during which time, and for those months that the said City of Bangor, its successors or assigns shall so occupy and utilize said land area, shallpay the said Morissette Warehouses, Inc., the sum of thirty tlol laze ($30.00) per month, said easement to terminate at all event thirty days after completion of the new bridge. In WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Morissette Warehouses, Inc., has caused this Instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal and signed in its corporate name by Raymond E.
