out on Page 5, Section 3, (d) (1) entitled "Site Improvements by Bangor Water

(TYLE.) ORDER, Amending Cooperation Agreement between the Bangor Urban Renewal
Authority and the Bangor Water District.

ORDERED,
THAT the Cooperation Agreement approved by the City Council on Jamnary 22,
1962 by Council Order 64-P be and is hereby amended by striking out on Page 5,
Section 3, (d) (1) entitled "Site Improvements by Bangor Water District' and
inserting therefor the fallowing:
(d) Site Improvements by Bangor water District
(1) The Bangor Water District agrees to install water lines and
all appurtenances in this project approximately as shown on
the attached Map k12, which said Map #12 15 incorporated
herein and made a part of this agreement. In consideration
of such expenditures by the District, the Authority agrees
to reimburse the District for such capital expenditures as
shall exceed ten times the estimated net yearly revenue
increase accruing to the District from the facilities e
Installed. All parties hereto agree that the net increase
in hydrant rental shall be not less than $700 per year under
rates to be filed for approval with the Maine Public Utilities
Commission, said amount reflecting a not increase of fourteen
hydrants in the Renewal Project area
and are in agreement
that the average net yearly revenue from all Other types of
service will be $3,774.36 at existing filed rates, making a
total of $4,474.36, justifying a District capital expenditure
of $44,743.60.
The required capital expenditure estimate is $148,260.00
Including engineering and supervision. The Authority and the
