of See. 1. Article 7. Chapter R. of the Laws and Ordinances of the
City of Bangor. Maine, be and is hereby repealed and replaced with
the fallowing:
1.4 Removal of Utility Services. No owner$ operator, or
occupant shall cause any
service, facility, equipment, or utility which is required
under this ordinance, to be removed from. or W be dis-
continued, or allow the same to remain inoperative for
any occupied dwelling let or occupied by himg except for
such temporary interruption an may be necessary while
actual repairs or alterations are in process, or during
temporary emergencies when discontinuance of service is
approved by the Health Officer.
