Dear Bir
Confirming our telephone conversation of Nie date, as the real
estate agent for David Rapaport, we respectfully request you to make
an application and arrange for consideration of our zone change at
your next meeting, January U, 1960.
The property we request zoned for general business purposes
Res just west of the covered bridge on Valley Avenue and rune
along the westerly shore of Kenduskeag Stream approximately 5 or
600 feet.
I was pleased to hear you say that this area is presently order
consideration for a zone change. In view of Ne fact that a warehouse
exists on the south aide and a woolen mill on the north line, there
should be no reason to expect any opposition.
Very truly yours,
