AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, this agreement entered
into by and between the City of Bangor, a munioipal corporation
located in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and the
Central Equipment Company, a corporation located in Stillwater,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, do hereby covenant an
follows;
The Central Equipment Company will lease to the City of
Bangor a lot or parcel of land not to exceed 50 feet x 150 feet,
or 7,500 square feet, for a ps rlod not exceeding eighteen (18)
months, starting January 15, 1962 and terminating July 15, 19639
for the total am of six hundred and fifty dollars ($)650) payable
in advance and being a part of the premises owned by the said
Central Equipment Company, lying between the westerly aide line
of Barlow Street and Kenduskeag Stream Bud bounded an the north
by property of Anthony J. Rogers and on the south by land of the
Northern Advertising Company.
The above described area is to be used for the storage of the
dismantled sections of the wooden framed Morse Bridge, together
with the goanite blocks that are to be moved from the pier and
abutments. This material to be so arranged and stored that the
caner or his agents may, from time to time, enter upon the pre-
mises for the purrE¢�Be of dumping filling materials along the edge
of the existing edbaskments. It is understood that this dumping
of fill material ghall in no way damage the dismantled sections
stored or interfere with the removal of the stored sections.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Bangor has caused this
instrument to be Afged by its City Manager, hereunto duly
authorized, Bed the Central Equipment Company has caused this
instrument to be 'signed by its President, hereunto duly authorized
to execute this ifstrunent.
