Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine, as follows: See. 1. P. & Si�L.4 1931. o. 511. Art. III. amended. Article TII of chapter �µ of t e prlve a and special laws of 1931, as replaced by P. & 3. L., I"" chapter 46, section 10 subsection 7, is hereby amended to read as follows: tSEC. 7. Publication. Filing nomination papers; acceptances of nominations must be filed. The nomination petitions for any one candidate shall be assembled and united into one petition, and filed with the city clerk not earlier than thirty nor later than slxgeea twent days before the day of election. At the right of each name shall be a square within which the voter shall place a cross or check mark to designate his choice. Blank spaces shal be a at the end of the list of candidates for each office in which the voter may insert the name of any person not printed on the ballot, for whom he desires to vote. Sec. 5. P. & S. L.. 1931, c. 54. Art. V. a. 11. repealed.
