The Board again respectfully recommends that the portion of Somerset Street between Palm Street and Forest Avenue be discontinued, and the land be added -to the school grounds. It Is the Board's opinion that such a clue Ing would not Present any serious disruption o inconvenience to traffic flow nor any depreciation effect on surrounding property. The Board would respectfully point out the lack of play - e at isschool, the hhllng of this portion of Somerset Street would add and school yard and also pro- vide direct access to Chapin Park.
