Discontinuing a Portion of Somerset Street
Gentlemen
Please be advised that the City Planning Board has given
careful consideration to the above City Council Order. The Board
again respectfully recommends that the portion of Somerset Street
between Palm Street and Forest Avenue be discontinued, and the
land be added -to the school grounds.
It Is the Board's opinion that such a clue Ing would not
Present any serious disruption o inconvenience to traffic flow
nor any depreciation effect on surrounding property.
The Board would respectfully point out the lack of play -

vide direct access to Chapin Park.
