ORDERED,
THAT the building located at 196 Grove Street owned by Mr. Maurice
Smith of 270 Hancock Street is adjudged to be a nuisance or dangerous and
that same should be demolished. A public heaving will be held on February 26,

a public hearing.
I, therefore, recommend that this order be indefinitely
postponed.

at 8200 P.M. at City Council Room, City Ball, relative to a dilapidated and dangerous
building located at 196 Grove Street. The owner, Naurlce Smith, or his representative,
may be heard relative to whether or not said building may be sdJudged a nuisance or
dangerous.
Notice of this hearing ws ordered by the Bangor City Council at the regular
meeting hold January 22, 1962.
