TEAT the attached warranty deed from Bren-Rich Corp. to City
of Bangor be and hereby is acceptedg and it is further
ORDERED that the property described hese in be utilized for street
purposes and, more particularly. * a part of the right-of-way for
Farm abed Extension and it is further
O=MD that the City Treasurer be authorized to pay said Bren-Rich
Corp. the sum of eight hundred sixty-four dollars ($864.00), and it
is further
ORDERED that as a part of the consideration for this deed that the
Public Works Department shall excavate an area amroxbeately are hundred
feet (1001) square, adjacent to the existing driveway to a grade to
conform with the driveway now used for access to the property and
that the area so excavated shall be covered with a layer of gravel
approximately one foot thick.

CITY OF BANGOR
(TITLE.) ORDER, Accepting Dead from Bren-Rich Corp. for Right -of -Way for Farm
Road Extension.
By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED,
THAT the attached warranty dead from Bren-Rich Corp, to City of Bangor be
and hereby is accepted, and it is further
ORDERED that the property described herein be utilized for street purposes
and, more particularly, is a part of the right-of-way, for Farm Road Extension
and it is further
ORDERED that the City Treasurer be authorized to pay said Bren-Rich Corp.
the sum of eight hundred sixty-four dollars ($854.00), and it is further
ORDERED that as a part of the consideration for this deed that the Public
Works Department shall excavate an area approximately one hundred feet (100')
square, adjacent to the existing driveway to a grade to conform with the drive-
way to a grade to conform with the driveway ,ww used for acces s to the proper-
ty and that the area so excavated shall be covered with a layer of gravel
approximately one foot thick.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT Bren-Rich Corp., a corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of Maine and having its principal place of
business at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Main, in consideration of one
dollar and other valuable considerations, paid by City of Bangor, a municipal
corporation located in Penobscot County, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
said City of Bangor, its successors and assigns forever, a certain lot or parcel
of land located in said Bangor, and more particularly described as follows, to
wit: Beginning at a point on the Farm Road formed by the intersection of the
southwesterly side line of the Farm Road and the northwesterly boundary line of
property now owned by the Bren-Rich Corp.{ thence southwesterly by and along said
northerly side line of said Bren-Ricb Corp. porperty for a distance of 132.8 feet
to a point: thence northeasterly along the southerly side line of the proposed
right-of-way line of Farm Road Extension to the southwesterly side line of Farm

Road, a distance of 174.5 feet; thence northwesterly by and along the southwesterly
side line of Farm Road for a distance of 90.29 feet to the point of beginning.
Meshing and intending to describe a triangular piece of land lying at the north-
east corner of a lot of land now owned by the Bren-Rich Corp. and containing 5,995
square feat, said parcel of land to be used for street purposes, and being a part
of the premises as recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deads, Volume 1609, Pages 259
and 260, and particularly being a part of the premises described in the first para-
graph of a dead conveyed to it by Julius Stone and Helen Stone by dead dated Jan-
uary 17, 1950, and recorded in said Registry in volume 1609, Page 260, to which
reference Is hereby made for a more particular description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforegranted premises with all the privileges and
appurtenances thereof, to the said City of Bangor. its successors, heirsandassigns
forever. And Grantor does covenant with the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, that it 1s lawfully seized in fee of the premises; that they are free of
all encumbrances: that it has good right to sell and convey the same to the said
Grantee and that it and its successors shall and will warrant and defend the some
to the said Grantee its successors and assigns forever, against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Bren-Rich Corp. has Caused this instrument to be
signed and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed by J. Stone, its president
hereunto duly authorized, this 24th day of December, in the year of Our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and fifty-nine.
