State of Maine, in consideration of One Dollar (81.00) aM other valuable considerations paid by Donald L. Coleman and Joan M. Coleman, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, and State of Maine, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever quit -claim unto the said Donald L. Coleman and Joan M. Coleman, their heirs and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situated at Bangor, in the County of Penobscot, and State of Maine and more particularly described as follows, to wit: A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon stand- ing, situate in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, being lot Fifteen (15) in Belmont Addition to the City of Bangor as surveyed, plotted and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 11, Page 23, together with Ten (10) feet off the northwesterly side of Lot Fourteen (14) adJacent to said Let Fifteen (15) in said Belmont Addition. Meaning and intending to convey and there is hereby conveyed a parcel of land measuring Sixty (60) feet on Wood Street 1n said Bangor and extend- ing beck a depth of One Hundred (100) feet from said Wood Street. Meaning and Intending to release and there is hereby released all the right, title and interest as acquired by the City of Bangor in the above described Parcel by virtue of the deed of Henry 0, Pierce, Collector of taxes to said City of Bangor, dated July 16, 1905, and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 711, Page 122. TO HAVE Atm TO HOLD the above described premises, with all the Privileges and appurtenances thereof to the said Donald L. Coleman and Joan M.
