Be it ordained by the CRY Conn$! of Us MY ofBanyor, ae!$Iowa:
That Chapter Ill, Article 6, Section 5.2 shall be amended by striking out
in its entirety Subsection 5.2.8 and replacing it with the following:
5.2.8 Kenduakeag Stream Parking Lot. The area commonly known
as the Kenduskeag Stream
Parking Lot and more commonly described as follows:
The City -owned parking aa bounded by the State and
Hammond Street Bridge on me north, the Washington
Street Bridge on the south, the rear
of privately owned
property on Broad Street axed the rear of privately owned
property on Exchange Street. This off-street metered
zone shall be divided into two general areas, oae to be
known as the shopper parking area and the other as the
all -day parking area.
Parking for more than 120 minutes in the shopper parking
4fa during those hours of the day specified in Section
a.2 of this article is hereby prohibited. All day parking
shall be allowed in the all -day parking area.
A fee of 10Q for 12o minutes is hereby designated for the
shopper parking area and a fee of le{ for one-half day or
20¢ for all day is hereby designated for the all -day parking
