KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT Denser Real Estate Development
Company, a Maine corporation, with its principal place of business at Sangcr,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, in consideration of One Dollar and other
valuable considerations, paid by City of Banco , a body politic and corporate,
located in said County of Penobscot and State of Maine the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby replan, release, sell and forever gait -claim
unto the said City of Bangor, its successors and assigns forever, a certain lot
or parcel of land situate in the City of Bangor, said County and State, bounded
Beginning at a point formed by the Intersection of the easterly side line of
H1ldrath Street and the southerly side line of "D" Street, so-called, as shown on
a plan of lots prepared for the Bangor Real Estate Development Company by Prentiss
& Carlisle Company, Inc, dated lune, 1951: thence southerly by and along the east-
erly side line of Hildreth Street extended to the northerly right-of-way, line of
the mein line of the Maine Central Railroad Company, a distance of about 9% ft.;
thence easterly by and along the northerly right-of-way line of the Maine Central
Railroad Company to the intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of the
spur track to the Rice & Miller Company, a distance of about 1,500 ft.; thence
northerly on a curve to the right by and along the westerly right-of-way of the
spur track for a distance of about 1,005 ft.. thence continuing on a curve to the
left along the said spur track right-of-way and the southerly side line of "0"
Street, so-called, for a distance of 628 ft. to the end of the curve; thence
continuing by and along the southerly side line of said "D" Street to the easterly
aide line of Hildreth Street, a distance of about 614 ft., and the point of
beginning, containing 27.12 acres.
The above described lot or parcel of land is bounded on the west by the ex-
tension of Hildreth Street, on the south by the right-of-way of the Maine Central
Railroad Company, on the east by the spur track to the Rice & Miller Development
Company and on the north by "L" Street, so-called, and is a part of the premises
described in the deed from Samuel Calderwood to the Bangor Real Estate Development
Company dated March 22, 1945, and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Leads, volume
1120, Page 313.
This conveyance is made expressly subject to the restriction that the above
described premises and any portion thereof shall be used only for those purposes
permitted in an Industrial Park Zone as set forth in the Zoning ordinances of the
City of Bangor in effect at the time of any such use by the Grantee or its success
ore and assigns.
Excepting and reserving, however, the right in the Grantor, its successors
and assigns, to use in common with the Grantee, its successors and assigns, any

and all spur tracks, or extensions of any spur tracks over and across the shave
described premises.
To HAVE AND To HOLD the above described premises, with all the privileges
and appurtenances
/thereof, to the said City of Bangor, its successors, heirs and assigns, forever,
so that neither the said Bangor Heal Estate Development Company nor its successors
or assigns or any other person or persons claiming from or under it or them, or in
way or
the name, right or stead of it or them, shall or will, by anVlmeans, have, claim or
demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises, or their appurtenances, or to
any part or parcel thereof, forever.

In Witness Whereof, the said Bangor Neal Estate Development' has caused
its corporate new and seal to he hereunto affixed by James F. White, its Treasurer
thereunto duly authorized, hard and seal this lath day of December in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-two.
