(009Tr_,_Conditional Transfer of FunWs Rc crcctton of Morse's Covered Bridge By the aty coning of the MY ofBamyor ORDERED, THAT WHEREAS, the City Manager requests a transfer of funds, under certain conditions, from the Surplus Account to file Public Works Highway Outlay Account "52-3-10" for the re erection a Morse's Covered Bridge, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bangor did on November 27, 1961 by Resolution P-27 resolve to appropriate a sum not to exceed $5, 000 to help preserve Morse's Covered Bridge, and WHEREAS, by the provisions of Chapter 416 of the Public Laws State of Maine 1961 it was a condition for the re - ection of Morse's Bridge by the State Highway Commission that a sum of $25, 000 be deposited with the Treasurer of the State of Maipe net later than December 31, 1962, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, that 8 the Morse's Bridge Committee or other interested parties shall provide a sun of $20,000 not later than December 31, 1962, and deposit said sum with the City Treasurer, then the sum of $5, 000,be transferred from the Surplus Account to the Public Works Highway Outlay Account "52-3-101". 38-Q RECEIVED 1662 VEC19 HN 3.44 ORDER CITYFCLERK'SOFFICE NTine, r'nR mtlur' Conditional Transfer of Funds - ................................ Councilors voting no: Conti, Delano, Dinsmore, Gross, Ranlett. This order was then amended by changing, in the last paragraph, the amount $20,000" to $18,500 and also changing the 5,000 to Councilman $6,500. As amended PASSED by the following yea and no vote: Councilors voting yes; Bailey, Barry, Brountas, Dinsmore, cross, Higgins. Councilors voting no: Conti, Delano, Ranlett. �\ \
