Re; C. H. Rice Company Property
Dear Ab -
You will probably recall our
earlier
sation concerning
the necessity of obtaining a releasefrom theCity of Eangor 1 order
to re the encumbrances on the C. H. Rice Company Property which
exist by virtue of various subordination agreements an entered into by the
previous owners of the land and the City. It is orunderstanding that
s
the pertinent assessments Gave been paid in full by C. H. Rice Company,
s
and that it i now proper to remove the encumbrances insofar as they
relate to the C. H. Rice Company Property.Ic We therefore forward
for your review a deed which we have prepared to accomplish the
foregoif,g. We would appreciate it, if you find it to be satisfactory, if
you would guide it along its proper course for Signing and when this i
done return it to this office. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
EATON, PFy]t gYTY,IDRADfORO @ VEAGDE
