It was brought out at the public hearing on these proposed
assessments that Dana and Florence Edmonds at 378 Forest Avenue
and Elizabeth Conley at 392 Forest Avenue had previously connected
their house severe to the existing Meadowbrook track sewer in
the rear of their properties. Inasmuch as these two properties
did have sewer service available and since these property owners
are not going to connect with the new sewer in Forest Avenue,
it was decided that the assessment against these properties would
not be levied at this time. If, at some time in the future,
the property owners request entry into this Forest Avenue sewer,
their proportionate share of the assessment is then to be levied
before such entry is granted.
It Is recommended that the original Order #32-N be amended
by substituting this report for the original report submitted.
Respectfully submitted,
