'ISSYM Ctbv Councuortee C Ma(Banpor: �ARDERED, THAT the City Treasurer, be and is hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Bangor to execute a quit -claim deed to Springer Realty Company, a copy of which is hereto attached, to correct ect certain irregularities in the descrip- tion and execution in the deed which the City originally gave to the aforesaid Springer Realty Company dated October 29, 1962, and recorded in the Penobscot County Pegfetery of Basis in vol. 1069, page 394. (QUIT -CLAIM DEED) 24-0 - 2 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT City of Bangor. a Municipal Corpora- tion located In County of Penobscot, State of Maine in consideration of ane (81.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, but being less than One hundred Dollars, paid by Springer Realty Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine, AM located at Bangor, Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit -claim unto the said Springer Realty Company, its successors and assigns forever, a certain lot or parcel of land located in Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, described as toll owe Beginning at a bolt in the northwesterly line of Main Street at a point one hundred two and sixty-seven one hundredths (102.67) feet northeasterly of the intersection of the northeasterly line of Dillingham Street with said line of Main Street, me red on said line of Main Street, said point being also the corner of a lot of land owned by Springer Realty Company; thence northwesterly parallel with said line of Dillingham Street and along the line of said Springer Realty Company lot one hundred and twenty-five (125) feet to a stake; thence northeasterly parallel with said line of Nein Street sixty-five (65) feet to a point; thence southeasterly parallel with the first described line ane hundred and twenty-five (125) feet to a point In the northwesterly line of Main Street; thence southwesterly on and by said line of Main Street sixty-five (65) feet to the point of beginning. Be169 a part of the same premises conveyed to the State Of Maine by the City of Bangor by deed dated October 28, 1931, and recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Vol. 1052, Page 494. This deed to given to correct certain irregularities in a deed given by said City of Bangor to said Springer Realty Company on October 29, 1962, and recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 1865, page 394. To Have and to Hold the above described premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said Springer Realty Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine and located at Bangor. Maine, its successors and assigns, forever; so that neither it, the said City of Bangor, no its successors or assigns or any other person or persona claiming from or under it or them, or in the new, right or stead of it or than, shall or will, by any way mans,or have, claim Or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises, or their appurtenances, or to any part or parcel thereof, forever. In Witness Whereof, it, the said City of Bangor, has caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto affixed by Ralph L.
