THAT a public hearing will be held by the Bangor City Council on
December 7, 1961, at 7.30 P.M. at City Hall Auditorium, to consider a proposal
for the undertaking by the Bangor Urban Renewal Authority of Project Maine
R-4, Stillwater Park Urban Renewal Area, under applicable state and local law,
with federal financial assistance under Title i of the housing Act of 1949,
as amended (Public Law 171 -81st Congress).
