Be it ordained by Me C6y Comeg of pty unReseor, se fotloenL that Section 10 of
Article 1, Chapter 6 0f the Lava and Ordinances of the City of Bangor,
be and is hereby repealed and replaced with the following;
Sec. 10. Hall Playing, etc., on City Streets Prohibited. No person shall
play baseball
x strike any bell with a bat nor engage in bell playing of any kind, nor
throe any atone, brick, beta, clubs, snowballs, nor ,boot any fences
use any sling or other device to throw missiles or fly any kite in any
street, lane or public square within the built-up portion of the City oP
Bangor.
