A. Maxfield Company and the City of Bangor and be it further ORDERED that the said City Engineer acting for and on behalf of said municipal officers proceeded to give a written notice of such intentions by posting notices for % days in two public places in the City of Bangor end in the vicinity of the proposed new street more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly side line of Ohio Street, said point being 483.32 feet northerly from a granite monument set in the ground at the intersection of the easterly side line of Ohio Street and the northerly side line of Tyler Avenue, said point also being on the center line of Fourteenth Street produced; thence easterly on a deflection angle to the right of 1100-15'-30", for a distance of 431 feet to the point of a curve; thence easterly on a curve to the right having a central angle of 44°-38'-30", a radius of 852.50 feet for a distance of 664.22 feet to the point of tangency; thence southeasterly for a distance of 259.05 feet to a point of a curve; thence southeasterly on a curve to the right having a central angle of 34°-14'-00"; a radius of 253.90 feet for a distance of 151.70 feet to the point of tangency; thence southeasterly for a distance of 330.0 feet to the point of a curve; thence southeasterly on a curve to the right having a central angle of 200-16', a radius of 295.00 feet for a distance of 104.35 feet to the point of tangency, and the center line of Palley Avenue. The above description refers to the center line of a 66 foot right-of-way measured 33 feet each way from said center line, and the City Engineer is further ORDERED to make a written return of said proceedings containing bounds and ad -measurements of the proposed extentioa and the damages and/or benefits allowed to each person for all land and buildings to be taken all in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine. By the City Council of the City of Banger: ORDERED, THAT the City Engineer acting for and or. behalf of the municipal officers of the City of Bangor is hereby directed to lay out a continuation of Four- teenth Street extending from Ohio Street to Valley Avenue, a distance of 1,868 feet over land now owned by the Catholic Bishop of Portland, Pauline Schoppe, Laura Potter, S.
