notice is hereby given that there is now pending before the City Council the
following order: (TITLE.) CRIMEN, Petition for wire and Pole Permit - Bangor Hydro -
Electric Company. By the City Council of the City of Sangwr ORDERED, THAT the
attached petition for wire and pole permit is hereby granted. Fallowing are the

Upon the petition of Bangor Hydro -Electric Company Acted
requesting permission, in accordance with law, to erect and maintain poles vitH vires,
cables, and all other necessary apparatus attached thereto by means of cross -area o
other fixtures, together with sustaining gays or other supports, along, over
oacross
certain public roads and highways in the location described in acid petitioreitappear-
ing that the 14 days' public notice has been given as required by statute and that nw
written objection has been filed during said period by residents are owners of property
upon the highways to be affected thereby, permission is hereby given to said Bangor
Hydro -Electric Corpaoy, its successors and assigns, to erect and maintain poles with
wires, cables and all other necessary apparatus attachedthereto by mean of cross -arms
or other fixtures, together with sustaining guys or other supporta, along, over or
afcertain public roads and highways in the City of plJla , Maine,
