IN CITY COUNCIL November 13, 1991 Referred to Fiestas Committee c1Tx RR In City Cowcil November 25.1991 Public Hearing was Had Order Passed City un's 92-1 ORDER Title, Acceeting Ci[y BnSineec s Repox[ Final Cost of State Street Sewer Extension ..T-L�CC uj Q etAmigmad to Cowcilman I CITY of BANGOR, MAINE Engineering Department October 30, 1991 To the Municipal Officers: Reference Is made to City Council Order No. 90-171 passed April 23, 1990, authorizing the extension of the sanitary sever on outer State Street, in accordance with a petition received from Fred Gallant, the owner of property located at 1004 State Street. All work has bean completed, consisting of the following: The extension '.consisted of the installation of 335 feet of S'.' pipe and one manhole. extending north from an existing manhole in the inter- section of Young Street. The total actual cost of the sewer extension e $13,410.00, which compares favorably with the original estimate of $13.200.00. Under the original agreement, the cost would be split equally between Molly Dither, the owner of the property at 1000 State Street, and Fred Gallant at 1004 State Street, which would amount to an sant of $6,705.00 against each of the properties. Under the terms of the original Council Order, the assessments would be levied e upon completion of the a Construction Andt the acceptance of a final report to the City Council from the City Engineer.
