The Planning Hoard held a public hearing on the above noted subdivision plan
at its meeting of June 19, 1989. -
David Jones, the applicant, spoke in favorof the application. Richard
Wright, the abutting property seiner, also spoke in favor of the proposed
subdivision.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Hoard voted 5 to 0 in favor of a notion to approve the final subdivision,
plhn for a six lot subdivision located at approximately 67' Ohio Street

Item No. 41 Final Plan Approval - 699 Ohio Street - David
Jones
a. Applicant requests final plan approval of a six lot subdivi-
sion located off of Ohio Street in a Residential i Zone.
b. This subdivision received preliminary plan approval at the
Board's June 5, 1989 meeting. The proposed subdivision i -
valves subdividing the • isting street frontage along Ohio
Street into six house lots. All the lots in the proposed
subdivision exceed the City's requirements for lots in the
Rl Zone. The proposed subdivision does not include the exten-
sion of public utilities or streets.
C. Staff would recommend final subdivision plan approval.
