McKenna, City Clerk SU&IECT: petition The City Clerk's office received on April 13, 1989 a petition signed by ten registered voters of the City of Magor a request for a. public referendum on a Council order _89-176passed by City Council April 30, 1989. The City Clerk's office followed the provisions set up by the City Charter. We prepared a sufficient amount of petitions which were kept is the City Clerk's office for signing. Amount of signatures needed according to City Charter is 500. Total received on May 26, 1989 were 618 minus 34 invalid signatures leaving a total of 584 valid slgnatues, the above total being'a sufficient amount of signautes for the above noted petition.
