Commentary:
The Planning Board held a public hearing on this zone change request at
its meeting of June 19, 1989.
Hill Weetharbee, the applicant, spoke in favor of the proposed charge. No
one spoke in opposition.
After careful consideration of the nature of the rose andits proposed
e in the City's Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Board voted five in
favor and none opposed to reaoconena to the City Council that the zone
chenge request in C.O. Y 89-357 be approved.

THAT the zoning boundary lines as establishedby the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23,, 1974,as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing parcels of land located at 728-734 Stillwater Avenue
(Tax Map No.. R-61, Parcel Mos. 2A and 3) from Agricultural Zone to
Commercial 2 Zone. Said parcels containing approximately 9 acres
and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
