Commentary:
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting of June 5, 1989, held a public hearing on the
above final subdivision plan.
Mr. Phil LeClair, Acheron Engineering Services, spoke in favor
of the proposed subdivision. No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Board voted 5 in favor and 0 opposed to approve
the finalsubdivision plan.

Subdivision consisting of seven lots and being, located off Hildreth
Street North, having been reviewedby the Planning Board and found to
be in general conformance with local subdivisionlaws and State. of
Maine Statutes, Title 30, Section 4956, be approved, subject to meeting
the requirement for the provision of improvement guarantees in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter XII, Article 8 of the Laws and Ordinances
of the City of Bangor.
