Item/Subject: Authorities the Discontinuance of a Portion of Che Farmer
Bogan Read Right -of -may South of Stillwater Avenue
Responsible Department: Englneeriug
Commentary:
Springer faulty Company has requested that this abandoned portion of
right-of-way be formally discontinued, so char it would revert back to
them, since they are presently developing a torsomercial subdivision for
their land. and the abandoned right-of-way acts as an encumbrance.
