Q t]ak �¢xt%�s aetls tia� ......�� Ip.4�............................ g� Aeelpe to Comcilman 89-202 CITY OF BANGOR, MAINE Engineering Department - April 3, 1989 To the Municipal Officers: Reference is made to City Council Order No. 88-237 passed May 23, 1988 authorizing the extension of the sanitary sever on Dowd Road. Said sever extension was ompleted, consisting of the installation of 100 feet nsoutherly direction coward Odlin Road, in accordance with a petition received from the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation. The actual cost of the sever installation was $2.696.42, which compares favorably with the original estimate of $2,800.00. It was agreed that 50% of the cost would he assessed against the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation. who prepaid their estimated share of $1,400.00. Their final assessment would be $1,348.21, resulting in a refund of $51.79. It is recommended that the refund be made to the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation.
