held a public hearing on the above -noted subdivision plan.
No one spoke in favor of the application or in opposition

The Board voted 5 to 6 in favor of a motion to approve the
final subdivision plan.

consisting of four lots and being located on Utah Avenue, having been
reviewed by the Planning Board and found to be in general conformance
with local subdivision laws and State of. Maine Statutes, Title 30, Sec-
tion 4956, be approved. No public improvements are proposed, therefore,
no bond required.

n Musson Avenue from Residential 5 Zone to Residential 4
Zone. Said property being owned by Musson College:

the Residential 5 Zone from the developing areas of the
City.
C. While both R-5 and R-4 Zones are considered high density
residential zones the R-5 Zone allows a considerably higher
density than R-4. Residential 4 Zones will, theoretically,
allow up to 19 units per acre
