ORDERED,
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Bangor, to accept a grant of Federal funds
in the amount of 81,000,000 under the Airport Improvement Program,
to Construct, Mark 6 Light Taxiway "F" and Partial Parallel
Perimeter Fence; and be it further
ORDERED,
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
take all additional action necessary for purposes of receiving
said funds for said purposes by the City of Bangor.

Dear Mr. D'Errico
We are pleased to advise that an allocation of federal funds in
the amount of $1,000,000 has been made, under the Airport
Improvement Program, for the following project at'BangOr
International Airport:
Construct, Mark 6 Light Taxiway "P" and Partial Parallel
Perimeter Pence.
This notice of allocation is in
consideration of your
preapplication submittal and is the initial phase of a grant
Offer. It is made within the funds authorized under the terms of
the Airport and Airway improvement Act of 1982 as ended by the
Airport and Airway Safety and Capacity expansion Act of 1987.
Issuance of a grant offer in fiscal year 1989 is contingent upon
all federal requirements being met, including the approval of the
project as finally formulated. This allocation in subject to
withdrawal if a grant cannot be accepted by ,Tune 15, 1989.
Please advise us if you anticipate any problem with this
deadline.
