Commentary:
This project has been petitioned by Stillborn. Inc. who propose to develop
A subtle hoee park on land located east of Chase Road and south of
Stillwater Avenue. The Developer has been advised that the City would
likely nat participate in the cost of the proposed Sewer extension, but
would determine whether the extension of the Sewer is feasible and in

City Council of Bangor
c/o John F. Frawley, City Engineer
73 Harlow Street
Bangor, Maine 04401
SUBJECT: Stillwater Woods Mobile Home Park
Bangor, Maine
Bear Mr. Frawley,
Thank you for your letter dated January 18, 1989 with the marked
up drawing showing the proposed line and grade of the city sewer
as it pertains to this project.
This line would be an extension of the sanitary sewer proposed
for the commercial subdivision of the Liberty Group on the
property just southwest of Chase Road and stillwater Woods.
Stillban, Inc. will be submitting to the City's Code Enforcement
Officer this week an application for special exception and site
plan review for the Stillwater Woods development.
Therefore on behalf of Stillban, Inc. we ask you through this
letter to proceed with the next step, that of petitioning the
City Council to extend the sewer as shown on ourplans of which a
copy is enclosed. The sewer then would eventually be taken over
by the City as a public sewer.
Thank you for the assistance your office has provided us on this
matter. Please call if any questions arise. If any changes
ocduvon o .utilities plan, we will inform you as soon as
possible.
Sincerely,
BTA/GEST ASSOCIATES, INC.
