COFFEY February 16, 1989 On June 17, 1988 execution of Amendment d4 to the Cooperation Agreement authorized the Authority to develop an additional 25 units of public housing. A piece of property has been, located on Ohio Street; however, the existing Sewer system does not extend to the proposed site. I am: therefore,requesting an extension of the sewer line to that area.
