APPLICATION FOR UTILITY LOCATION PERMIT
TO: COUNCILMEN - - CITY OF BANGOR
BANGOR NYORO-ELECTRIC COMPANY. a Maine corporation being duly authorized pursu-
ant to the State of Maine to generate. Bell, distribute and supply electricity in
City of Bangor . County of Penobscot , State
aforesaid, hereby applies for a permit to authorize It to locate, construct and
maintain certain of Its facilities hereinafter described upon along, over, under and
across certain public ways situate in the municipality hereinbefore referred to, a
copy ofthis application being filed with the Department of Transportation and with
the Clerk of City of Bangor (no public notice of this application to be
made)
in accordance with the terms and conditions of Title 35. Section 2483, MRSA as
amended.
LOCATION: Be Inning at existing [ole location on the scut westerly aide of Nexacury,
Street, approximately 103' north f= its intersection with Newmark Street; thenoe
running southerly to its houMs of the road at a depth of 3 feet +.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line of wires and (Gr) cables, hereinafter
described, upon, along, over,
and under certain public ways situated in the
municipality herainbeforereferred to and the right to platsand maintain underground
laterals, conduits, manholes, handholes, cable and wires in, along, under and across
the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such
poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes together with associ—
ated appurtenances. The wires and (or) cables will be buried within the limits of
the public way, but outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles.
The initial operation of the facilities will be at 12470YZ7200 volts,
three phase; the voltage will be increased as Greenlee therefor requires for
operation not in excess of 20 RV. to ground.

UTILITY LOCATION RERMI'T
Upon the application of BANGOR RYORO-ELECTRIC COMPANY dated January 19
1989, requesting permission to locate certain of Its facilities hereinafter described
upon. along, over, under and across eertain public ways in City of Bangor
County of Penobscot Stateof Maine, all as set forth in its application, no
newspaper publication having been made by applicant in connection with said
application. Femnission is hereby given to said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company to
locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon,
along, over, under and across
certain public ways situate in said municipality a
hereinafter set forth. This permit is granted subject to the provisions that any
person, firm or orporation owning property within the subject municipality which
abuts the applicable may may file objections with the City Clerk of Bangor
Maine, within ninety (90) days after the installation of the facilities described in
said application, said written objection to state the cause of objection and to be
served upon said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company in hand or by registered or certified
mall.
