Councilman Mr. Peter D'Errico, Manager Banger International Airport Banger, Maine 04401 Dear Mr. D'Errico: We are pleased to advise that an allocation of federal funds in the amount of $97,340.00 has been made, under the Airport Improvement Program, for the following project at Bangor International Airport: Airport Master Plan Update: This notice at allocation is in consideration of your preapplication submittal and is the initial phase of a grant offer. It is made within the funds authorized under the terms of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 as amended by the Airport and Airway Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1987. Issuance of a grant -offer -in fiscal year 1989 is contingent upon all federal requirements being met, including the approval of the project as finally formulated. This allocation is subject to withdrawal- if a grant cannot be accepted by February 1, 1989. Please advise us if you anticipate any problem with this deadline. You or yourrepresentative should contact the Airports Division at (617) 273-7061, to discuss project requirements.
