Six parking spaces are on the northern side of Harlow Court. During the winter, snow can build up to the point where cars parked in two of these spaces make it difficult for vehicles to exit through the northern vehicle entrance of the federal building. This poses a safety and security issue for the U.S. Marshal's Office in the building. This amendment would prohibit parking in these two spaces between November and March. From April through October, the spaces will remain one-hour parking.
