The need for such a policy was recognized std grew out of discussions at the Bass Park Committee, and has subsequently been reviewed and discussed at the G unity Relations Committee. The proposed policy has been drafted and reviewed and the attached Order would adopt that policy. Limited advertising may be allowed on bulletin boards in or on City facilities whore such advertising has been appn by the Departmaat or Division Head responsible for the facility.
