McCloskey as described in a Deed recorded 1n the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2411, Page 191; and WHEREAS, public exigency requires the Immediate acquisition Of a sever easement to permit the installation and future maintenance of the sever; NOW, THEREFORE, Be It ORDERED, TEAT the City Engineer acting for and on behalf of the Municipal Officers a ording to lav be and hereby i authorized to lay out and establish an ant for the proposed sanitary a roes said parcel of lend, said easement more fully described as followse Beginning at the southeasterly corner Of said property On the westerly right-of-way line of Birch Street, thence In a northerly direction along said Birch Street right-ofway line for a distance of twelve (12) feet to a point; thence Inawe8tetly direction and parallel to the southerly line of said property for distance of one hundred thirty-two (132) feet to a Point on the westerly line of said property; thence southerly along said westerly property line for a distance of twelve (12) feet to the southwesterly corner of said property. thence easterly along the southerly line of said property for a distance Of one hundred thirty-tvo (132) feet to the point Of beginning. The purpose of said easement is to permit the City of Bangor or its agents to enter upon the above described premises as necessary to construct and maintain sanitary sewer and appurtenant structures within said easement area.
