It is clear that raise from aseonatical uses at the Airport may have a negative impact upon certain properties which are located outside of the boundaries of fie Airport, in.particular residential properties. Until recently, there has been very little pressure for develgmernt in this area of the City. However, ro recently, some steps have been taken in this area respect developing residential property.
