The ps'bperty consists primarily of wetlands and isadjacent to other wetland and recreational property owned by the City. We would recommend that this gift be accepted in order to preserve this natural wetland area for public areas, use and enjoyment as a natural area. Control of this Property will insure public access and may be of as istance i meeting certain technical requirements of the separationproject on the sewer line which serves this area.
