The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above noted
final subdivision plan. The Boardvoted five in favor and none
opposed to grantconditional approval of the plan if the applicant
provided an Irrevocable Letter of Credit acceptable to the City
in lieu of posting bond. This procedure would require the City
Council to waive the bonding provision and accept as an alternative
a Letter of Credit procedure as a means of insuring that the
developer install the necessary public improvements in the proposed
residential subdivision.

located at 435 Kenduskeag Avenue, having been reviewed by the Planning
Board and found to be in general conformance with local subdivision laws
and State of Maine Statutes, Title 30, Section 4956, be approved. The
Board has requested a Waiver of Bond provided that an Irrevocable Letter
of Credit be substituted for a bond.
