may have in the real estate described in the Order by virtue

of Deeds. The taxes in question have been paid. The grantees

ORDE&BD,
THAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal quitclaim Deed, in a form approved by the
City Solicitor, releasing any interest the City may have to
real estate located at 268 Kittredge Road in said Bangor by
virtue of undischarged tax liens recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds and described in said Deed. Said deed
shall be directed to David A. Lane, Jr. and Betty Lane,
successors in title to David A. Lane, Sr.
