Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto, releasing any interest the City may have to real estate located on Fourteenth Street in said Bangor by virtue of an - discharged tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds and described in said deed. Said deed shall be directed to John Tucker. Zan— ..... councllman 89-21 BcaICIPAG QUITCLAIM DIED The CITY GF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to JOHN TUCKER, of Bangor, Pencbscot County, State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to a certain lot or parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 367 Fourteenth Street in said Bangor and further described in a deed recorded i VOlUna 1354, Page 418, Penobscot Registry of Daed6. Being the same premises acquired by said City of BaNOC (by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the years 1985, 1986 and 1987 by virtue of undischarged tax liens recorded in said Penobscot Registry of ceeds in Volume 3661, Page 342; Volume 3823, Page 314; and vol,mer 4025, Page 117, respectively. Grantee's address: The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the City may have in the ahooe ascribed property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax years 1985, 1986 and 1981.
