AGENDA
1. Sewer Abatement: 435 Forest Avenue
Andy Rudzinski stated the abatement was for frozen pipes. This location has two accounts, one
serving the irrigation system and the other serving the concession area. The abatement would
address part of the concession area’s bill for $25,935.20. The calculations used were based on
water usage and the cost of pumping to the wastewater treatment plant. This resulted in a bill
of $1,603.37 and an abatement of $24,331.83. Staff recommended approval.
Vote: Councilor Trembley motioned and Councilor Davitt seconded to move to Council. Unanimous
2. Discontinuance: Portion of Ridgewood Drive
John Theriault outlined the discontinuance and noted this was the first step, in a two-step
process to discontinue a portion of Ridgewood Drive. The discontinuance was requested by the
owner to provide for additional parking. The City Engineer proposed to shift the Right-Of-Way
seven feet for a distance of approximately 200 feet to allow for eight foot of pavement and also
allow for the required twenty foot buffer. If approved, the City Engineer would begin the
process by holding a public meeting.
Vote: Councilor Trembley motioned and Councilor Davitt seconded to move to Council. Unanimous
Meeting Adjourned.
