The Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting of October 1,
1990, held a public hearing on the above-noted final subdivision
plan.;
Alan Baldwin, of WBRC Architects, represented the applicant and
spoke briefly about the propoaed housing project.
No one spoke in opposition.'
The Planning Board. voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve
the final subdivision plan for the Bangor Housing Authority
Subdivision.

THAT The final subdivision plan for a developmental subdivision
(Bangor Housing Authority Subdivision). being located at 1200V Ohio Street
and consisting of one 12 -unit apartment building and one 13 -unit apartment
building, having been reviewed by the Planning Board and found to be in
general conformance with local subdivision laws and State of Maine
Statutes, Title 30A $$4402-4407, be approved. No public improvements
are proposed, therefore, no bond required.
