Appli Cant request% final subdivision plan approval of a nine (9) lot subdivision located at the corner of Pushaw Road and FiPson Road in a Residential 4 Zone. b. This proposed subdivision received preliminary subdivision approval on August b, 1990. The applicants intends tosubdivideeight (8) lots off the original church lot, which would be the ninth lat. Although the applicant has described the eight (8) now lots by metes and bounds, they did not described the remainder of the church lot by any legal description. This would create difficulties at the Register of Deeds, which could r uit in c the ninth lot not being recorded Properly. The applicant's consultant was informed of this deficiency and he indicated that he w• uid correct this problem and provide a new submittal.At the writing of this memorandum, a new submittal has not been provided. Upon receiving a submittal, which correctly describes the ninth parcel Staff would recommend final subdivision approval.
